El hotel muy bien situado con el metro a 100 metros y autobuses de linea a 10 metros. El personal muy atento y amable. La habitación espaciosa, muy limpia, una televisión de 42", climatización buenísima, escritorio, camas comodas, doble almohada, cuartos de baño con jabón, secador... Y un gran buffet desayuno ( con un café buenísimo) que te sorprende gratamente.

Mi estancia ha sido buena como siempre. Pero llevo utilizando este hotel desde que se abrió y reconozco que le vendría bien un lavado de cara, hay armarios q les faltan las puertas, los baños, cafetería, necesitaría una buena modernización. El personal sigue siendo excelente y el garaje perfecto.

La ubicación es buena, a la entrada de Santurtzi, pero no hay sitio del hotel para poder aparcar mientras coges la habitación, no tiene aire acondicionado y la cama antigua y de muelles que cada vez que te mueves resuena.

Check in was quick. Front desk was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Room was clean and tidy as was the rest of the property. It was easy to find street parking even after hours.
