"what staff, there’s no staff just county sheriff’s monitoring check in desk. do not feel safe here. Guests are loud outside with what seems like arguing, playing music really loud. More importantly my door to room has gaps whereas you can see inside/outside of the room i’m in. I have requested another room but told there are no vacancies. The website description is deceiving from the actual hotel.This is fraudulent advertising. This hotel looks like a hotel that accommodates the criminal elements. The hotel does not even have a phone. You have to walk to the front desk. What type of business doesn’t have a phone number to contact them. I am requesting a refund so I can go find a safe place to stay. I am putting in claim with paypal also. Please advise asap please."
