Great National Hotels, Billingham hotels

There was a staff stationed near the hotel entrance to guild cars to the nearby parking spaces with detailed instructions. This was a very helpful initiative rather than making us go in circles compared to some city hotels that we stayed with. In addition, the staff went above & beyond when we informed them of our daughter’s birthday. They decorated the room for her which totally made her day!

I spent 2 nights, attending a family birthday event. It was all quite pleasant, and the staff were welcoming. The food was pretty good, although fairly limited in range, particularly for vegetarians. I have no reservations in recommending this hotel. It is a little out of Yarm (the nearest town), and public transport is not available, so reliance on a car or taxis is required. (No buses serve Yarm railway station, which needs addressing by the local authority.) Warm itself is a charming...

Had a lovely one night stay. Hotel is cute, clean and the staff are friendly and helpful.
