The staff was nice and the shuttle to the airport was awesome. The rooms were a little outdated and can use some TLC and some of the other guests were interesting, but overall it was a pretty decent night sleep… got in late and left early so didn’t use any of the amenities!

It was under renovation when I was there. It was a very nice facility. It was quiet. We did not stay for the breakfast. We had extra time before an appointment so we went out. The breakfast area was very clean.

If what you're looking for is "good and cheap" during your travels, this is the right choice. Obviously, this place isn't the height of luxury, but that's not what most people are looking for, anyway. They have an airport shuttle, the staff are good people, the rooms are serviceable, and the breakfast in the morning is decent enough and complimentary.

My stay at Fairbridge Express in Billings was excellent! The staff members went above and beyond to provide outstanding customer service. The facility and rooms were very clean and the custom airport shuttle was much appreciated! The hot breakfast with homemade biscuits and gravy and American fries with sausage and peppers was amazing. Staff was pleasant and helpful, rooms were clean. Massive problem with the state of the building, though. The floors popped like a warped cookie sheet when you walk from one end of the room to the other. The parking lot is stupidly narrow, so it took a five point turn just to pull out so that we didn't hit anyone behind us.
