The property was great. It was not near the casinos which we preferred not to be. Convenient to restaurants. We had a great view of the beach and water.

This was a perfect stop for our 1 night stay in Biloxi. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Kids loved the pool although it was very cold and not heated, they made the best of it. The complimentary breakfast was great too!

I like the facility and location. The staff downstairs were nice at check in. I didn’t care for the bathroom because the shower head was broken and barely had any water coming out. Another negative experience was our expensive hair and care products disappeared. I didn’t have time to purchase it anywhere. Not sure we’ll stay here again.

Very poor lighting in bathroom for ladies. Lighting was horrible to apply make up.

The fire alarm went off on the first night and the lady at the front desk refuse to answer the phone to tell us it was a false alarm and the elevator went out while I was on it because of a brief power surge

After a long day of traveling I finally arrived at the hotel to be greeted at the front desk by a sign that said “Back in 10 minutes.” The clerk was working on a food order for a customer. Not sure why she was stuck doing both jobs.

Best staff ever
I've stayed in a lot of hotels due to business travel. I have never been more impressed with a hotel. The staff was friendly, kind, and courteous. There were people cleaning the parking lot early in the morning, though it was already well-kept! It seemed as if each person who worked there had a personal stake in the hotel. They were the best!

Below expectation
I been to other Hilton place in different location and this the worst one. On this place the room is big and looks nice. But the bathroom needs renovation. The towel holder are rusted and the body wash container is empty and no body lotion supply. The crew are nice.
