"The property looks old and decrepit. The spa was not functional. It did not have a resort feeling to it. It was modest. The rooms were clean but the beds and towels were old. The tub did not drain well. It was very basic. They have much upgrading to do. "
"Our family of four, with two boys ages 13 and 11, stayed for three nights at Surpura Bagh. We absolutely loved it! The staff were wonderful and our room/villa was clean, spacious, and comfortable. "This was a great place -- we stayed in yurt like cabins, ate communallyin an open pair pavilion. We had a great keep safari through the coeuntrysie, saw great animals and really interesting Bishnoi villages. Traveling with my young grandchildren, this was a hit for all generations!"

We however did not have a good experience with the guide arranged by the travel desk. We were more interested in sightseeing but the guide was more interested in taking us shopping. Very pushy and very, very exhausting. We would recommend that you use the car service and recommendations for places to visit from the travel desk but not the full day guide. "
