Therefore, noisy from about 6am. Bring ear plugs. Front desk staffs were extremely helpful and accommodating. Thank you, ..."

No customer service
"We had to modify our trip when we arrived in Vietnam as our daughter fell very sick on the first day. We had no feedback from the hotel, despite the fact that our request was just to postpone our arrival. Customer service was inexistent."
