The property was beautiful, staff were very helpful and very warming and very willing to help with any request. The villas are lovely, pool was clean, the communication to the butlers was very efficient. I chose this villa after my flight was cancelled and was very happy with my choice. My only comment would be that I wished it had some convenience shops to get a variety of small snacks and fruits.

Clean, friendly staff, good buffet breakfast. Beach has nice white sand. Pools were very well maintained. The spa experience was amazing listening to the waves crash while getting a massage.

Overall a great hotel that lets itself down when it comes to looking after the beachside - I can’t understand why staff aren’t allocated to sort out the plastic and waste on the beach that’s clearly from hotel guests. This hotel is a truly remarkable experience. I was worried that it wouldn't live up to the pictures. If anything, the pictures don't live up to the hotel itself. Everything was absolutely top notch. Can't praise this hotel or the staff enough!
