"This hotel is worth 2.5 stars at most. Our generous evaluation is 4/10. 1- Reception desk did not have my reservation already paid with Hotels.com. They had to take picture (with their phone) of files in my phone. They had rooms available so they asked that I pay upfront. I insisted that they check with whomever responsible. "Un accueil parfait et souriant, notre bus est arrivé très très en avance et malgré cela nous avons été accueilli comme des rois avec le petit déjeuner offert ainsi qu’un thé pour nous réchauffer. "The property is great, but truly I want to highlight the staff. I’m so sorry I don’t recall your name, but the lady running this place is an icon! She is so attentive, helpful, and kind. We had to leave at 6am and she even offered to pack up breakfast for us to go. Property itself is so much better than the concrete boxes. It’s tastefully designed, trees growing through, nature-forward. Towels, toiletries, etc provided. Booking an airport transfer was also so easy, safe, and convenient. Location, this is the spot. It’s on a main road, but a 4 minute walk takes you to a quiet section behind, OR, go the other way into the city for shopping & liveliness. Exactly what I needed to escape. We will be back!"
