Quiet and Calm
A little gem with courteous staff and great sunset views. We particularly loved the water lapping round the lounge. Felt like a South Sea buccaneer! Food at the restaurant not so great.

Beautiful but lacking important hygiene
The Hotel was beautifully landscaped, and appears that effort was put into its appearance. Wifi was available but the quality of WIFI in Indonesia is not reliable, not sure if this was because or hotel or just the country itself. I would give them a 5 star rating except the Hygiene was very poor. Flies were abundant, food for breakfast buffet were placed opened for bugs and at time for birds to enjoy. Guests were expected to part take of the same after. I tried to get there early for breakfast because once you are late the few items which are shrink ed wrapped are also exposed to the swarms of flies. The staff seem unmoved by the flies and did not make a serious effort to get rid of them. Eating utensils were place on the tables in the dining area, which was beautiful but this was exposed to flies and other bugs roaming on them. The fruit salad bar which ware place in ice trays were opened to flies and the files would be walking all over the food items. This greatly reduced my desire to eat while I was there. Even the Chef's made to order area was horrible where the Woks and spoons were opened and flies could be seen walking on everything. The staff did try to keep food stuff covered on the cooking material but the flies were relentless.

Our stay was a pleasent one and really relaxing. It is quiet and the staffs are really friendly and accomodating.

Cabana front desk service is good, especially thanks to Mr Sandi, he is very friendly and helpful. Overall, my personal view is this hotel more suitable for newly couple, scandal, younger kids because only kayaki and no crowded. I would suggest if your want to play more activities, go Agro or other resort. The daily bus schedule to Agro their sister hotel is free and fixed, alternatively you can pay extra transport fee for your preference time. Cabana breakfast-disappointed, restaurant foods-delicious. Junior Suite Room sea facing- recommend. Truly, Cabana scenery more beautiful that Agro, the Agro water very dirty(black oil) because of the sea sport. Lastly, bring more money, because all prices same in Singapore.
