"Clean and comfort hotel stay in Bintulu city center"

"Everything about this hotel is acceptable except for the buffet breakfast ( poor) and the location ( traffic congestion and loud noise)."

"The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. However, perhaps because it was the rainy season, the room was very damp and had a strong musty smell. Most of all, there was no hot water throughout my stay, so I had to shower with cold water, which was very difficult. The issue was not resolved promptly either."

"The idea to manage electricity supply for refrigerator in the room is briliant. Those who need the fridge service have to turn on manually. This will eliminate waste and an eco-friend approach. "
