Läget toppen, rymlig lägenhet med pentry. Saknar balkong men ok. sängarna bra men urkassa kuddar. Kan tänka mig ett återbesök.

Wir haben gedacht dass ev eine kleine Kochzeile im Zimmer steht weil wir ein 3er-Zimmer gebucht haben und waren erstaunt dass wir eine ganze Wohnung zur Verfügung hatten. Sehr geräumig mit grossem Balkon und einzelner Küche. Alles in italienischem Flair eingerichtet, so kamen wir uns wie in Italien vor.. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr leckerund es wurde immer sofort aufgefüllt. Sehr freundliches, aufmerksames Personal. Das Parkhaus ist zwar ein paar Schritte vom Hotel entfernt, aber man erreicht es gut und auch die Ein- und Ausfahrt klappt wunderbar. Zum Ein- und Ausladen des Gepäcks kann man super in den Holel-Hinterhof fahren und gut wenden. Es waren wunderbare 7Nächte die wir im Rialto in Binz verbracht haben und werden das nächste Mal wieder gerne bei Ihnen buchen.

Das Appartment war sehr gepflegt und sehr gut ausgerüstet. Küche war in extra Raum untergebracht mit Fenster. Das Bad war sehr hell und großzügig gestaltet. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Am Abend vor Abreise konnten wir unser Auto bereits im Hotelhof abstellen, um schneller packen zu können. Unser Balkon ging auf Hauptstraße. Wer lärmempfindlich ist , wird evtl. von den Geräuschen der umliegenden Restaurants und der morgendlichen Anlieferung gestört, da diese bei geöffnetem Fenster hörbar sind. Wer ruhiger wohnen will, sollte Zimmer auf Rückseite buchen.

Det var fruktansvärt jobbigt att sova på natten då det ej fanns air condition. Man fick inte så mycket sömn då man fick sova med öppna fönstren och då kom även ljuset in tidigt på morgonen

Trotzdem, rundum schöner Aufenthalt

Sehr schönes Zimmer in Strandnähe und zur Seebrücke. Alle Geschäfte sind zu Fuss zu erreichen. Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Gutes Früstücksbüffet. Gut auch zu wissen, für ältere Leute gibt es einen Fahrstuhl im Haus! Allerdings, wer nicht auf italienisches Essen steht, sollte sich ein andres Lokal suchen.

Die Duschen waren nicht in Ordnung kein Wasserdruck vorhanden . Es fehlt in der Küche ein Toaster. Sonst super Unterkunft direkt am Geschehen.

Internetverbinung sehr schwankend, Fernsehen ohne Programmliste war mit viel Mühe verbunden, da die Sender erst nach Mühe zu finden waren (ZDF>170). Lobenswert der Transfer zum Bahnhof.

Schöner warmer Urlaub

Wir hatten ein Zimmer im Neubau Espanade. Sehr schönes Zimmer mit Balkon und Ausblick zur Ostsee. Leider bei diesen Temperaturen sehr warm ohne Klimaanlage. Das Frühstück war gut und das Personal freundlich. Parken im Parkhaus in der Nähe geht zum angemessenen Preis in Ordnung. Sehr zentral gelegen.

Perfekt läge! Boka parkering innan om du har bil och vill stå i nära anslutning till hotellet. Vi bodde i lägenhetsdelen och där ingick ingen städning. Bra med kök och bra utrustning.

Bra läge nära stranden och helt OK frukost. Synd att personalen inte kan Engelska, dåligt med parkering och kortet fungerade inte i parkeringshuset vilket medförde att vi fick vänta i 1 timme innan vi kom ut med bilen. Depositionsavgiften för parkeringstillståndet fick inte tillbaka.
