We loved the hotel!! Right on the water! The breakfast was so good and the staff so helpful and attentive. They had stuffed bears for our two young children upon arrival and the indoor pool and kids playroom for great for the rainy day. We’d come again!

Beautiful, immaculate, spacious. Comfy rooms, friendly staff, generous breakfast. And an exquisite restaurant. All right on the seaside promenade.

Parking was inconvenient. 2 blocks away and very small spaces Apparently we had to book it in advance and pay extra 21 euro per night Rooms were huge, lots of closets, book cases, shoe rack Bathroom drain slow — tiles in shower excellent idea Pommes excellent Child friendly including a playroom Excellent breakfast and excellent service especially at bar and breakfast except one receptionist with little English and poor communication in german — we could not understand about access to free bus and toilet — binzbucht Request for engineer to help with touchy air conditioning that wouldn’t turn on because it thought windows were open was met instantly Should say that air conditioning was weak

Older property near beach but with no beach amenities like chairs, lounges or towels. Pool was small and underground, seemed like an afterthought. Rooms were large but older. Paid for lateral sea view but this was a waste, can't see beach or water through the trees. Bath/shower combo was dangerous for us and anyone with reduced mobility or muscle tone. There was a hand hold but our greatest concern was falling in the tub. Overall, large room but over priced, did not receive value we were hoping for.

Besonders gut gefallen hat mir das Zimmer mit Meerblick und Klimaanlage. Ausserdem hatte es einen Balkon, wo man sich gut entspannen kann. Man hört das Meer rauschen. Das ist ein tolles Gefühl früh am Morgen. Auch das Personal war sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend. Essen im Hotel toll. Nicht gefallen hat mir manchmal die lange Wartezeit an der Hotelbar, weil der Barkeeper auch im Restaurant mit bedienen musste. Somit entsteht kein Bargefühl.

Flott bygg og fine fasiliteter som treningsrom og basseng. Noe urutinerte ansatte i resepsjonen som brukte mye tid på innsjekk. Ikke den mottagelsen en forventer på et slikt sted, men mulig det var opplæring. Parkering ble gitt, forventet det kostnadsfritt da den låg et stykke unna hotellet og kostnad ble vi ikke informert om. Det kostet 15Euro per dag.

Brandlarmet löste ut kl 02 på natten, alla skulle omedelbart utrymma hotellet. Tydligen ett tekniskt fel som tog en halvtimme attåtgärda. Det som var konstigt var att hotellet inte kompenserade det minsta, de bad inte ens om ursäkt. Många hade väldigt svårt att somna om efter den stora uppståndelsen.

10 Nächte im Mai 2026, Suite mit Meerblick (sauber): Schlafzimmer mit Ankleideraum (Viel Platz in den Schränken für alles - Kleidung, Schuhe, Koffer, etc.); im Wohnraum (Flurbereich - gab es noch eine Garderobe für Jacken, Mützen, Schal etc., beim Verlassen des Zimmers wird deshalb nichts vergessen. Schönes Badezimmer mit Dusche; Schöner Balkon mit Meerblick, Balkon allerdings kleiner als auf den Fotos. Halbpension gebucht: Das Abendessen war sehr gut und Abwechslungsreich (Auswahl zwischen Fisch- und Fleischgericht). Wir wurden von unserem netten, freundlichen Kellner, Sascha immer mit einem Lächeln begrüßt und hervorragend bedient. Das Personal an der Rezeption ist freundlich). Die Massage ist empfehlenswert. Ein sehr gut gelegenes Hotel direkt an der Promenade. Sehr gut gepflegtes Haus und tolles Frühstück. Zimmer und Einrichtung liebevoll zum Wohlfühlen eingerichtet. Die Klimaanlage hat funktioniert. Das Schwimmbad ist ganz toll. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das nette und sehr hilfsbereite Servicepersonal. Eine sehr angenehme Atmosphäre und kompetente Mitarbeiter, die ihre Job leben.

Lidt forundret over, at værelset kun bliver tilset/rengjort 1 gang under et ophold på 4 nætter (ankomst 30.03.26 - afrejse 03.04.2026). Morgenmad er ganske OK, men i min optik ikke “fantastisk”, som nogle har beskrevet. Centralt beliggende lige på strandpromenaden og tæt på butikker og restauranter.

Junior-Suite unter unseren Erwartungen

Die Junior Suite, insbesondere der Balkon hat nicht ganz unsere Erwartungen erfüllt (Sitzgelegenheiten und Ausblick fehlte). Es ist nicht einfach einen Parkplatz in Binz zu finden. Elektroauto-Ladestationen sind auch schwerz zu finden. Bei beidem kann das Hotel nur sehr begrenzte Angebote machen.
