"I think the property was friendly to pets. It had a lot of room in the front & back yard, along with a lot of space in the living room & kitchen. The bed is big, so your pet could definitely sleep with you on it or they could go into the guest bedroom too. There is a massage chair that was definitely relaxing & the place was clean"

"A very nice hotel which was walkable to the tour pickups that we needed for our 3 different tours. And we were lucky enough to have a view of the mountains out our window!"
" Check in staff were abominable. No greeting. Room Aircon was incredibly loud rattle. The fridge was sitting in the middle of the room. Used drinking glasses not changed. Ice bucket left used in room because apparently they had run out of insert bags. Cleaner had left cleaning spray products in room & hadn’t restocked soap etc. We went to the hotel restaurant & waited 20 minutes to get order taken. Waiter kept disappearing & when he appeared he was quite argumentative. At least 2 other guests left after not even having water delivered after 30 minutes.
There were only 10 TV channels & 4 did not work. Eventually the maintenance guy came & fixed the TV. Ice machine did not work. There are 2 towers and we were never given any direction which one to take & therefore ended up lugging our luggage up & down the lift twice.
In one tower there was only one lift working. The other was used by staff to deliver luggage. It took 10-15 minutes to get in a lift at the busy check-in time.
I heard numerous people with complaints while I waited in line to speak to the manager!
The location was good.
But I would never recommend this hotel. "
"Due to key card issues, the room was unlocked and the door ajar at arrival. The room had musty odor which we were able to mitigate somewhat with the AC and one of the window locks was broken so the window didn't close tight. There was only 1 bed and we were offered to purchase a roll away cot for the night if needed."
"Noone had been in the shower and there were hairs. The fan above the toilet was dusty. There was a screw coming out of the towel bar. The doorknob to the connecting door fell off and someone from the other room could have reached their hand in and unlocked the deadbolt. we called the front desk and they said that the hotel was booked and they would call the upper leadership. And then they would call us back. We never got a phone call. The phone in the room did not work. But they took my phone number down. I told them the phone in the room was nonfunctional because I tried to use it to call the front desk.
I cannot believe how much we paid for this room and how old, nasty, and run down it was. Literally run.
Additionally the driver for the shuttle insisted my spouse help with the luggage even though he had already had a back injury. He looked at my husband and made him feel bad until he helped and that will probably ruin our trip because he may have to seek treatment and medicine."
"We were lucky to find Alaska's Lake Lucille B&B. Located about an hour north of the Anchorage airport, we were looking for a place to stay on our way to Talkeetna. Our room was charming, and breakfast was delicious. We would definitely recommend this B&B to other travelers."
"Parking was good safety good. Resturant was nice$$$.room had nothing but bed table one bedside table one small chair. Noting to keep cold or heat food. Bed was awful sunk in middle and bottom sheet had stain. Door had no double way to lock so kept suitcase in front"
