"The shower cleaning liquids containers were held in place by one screw, literally coming off the shower wall. The heating and ac fan was so loud we had to turn it off. There was food on the desk chair we had to wipe off. The room chair was so dirty that I decided to reverse the seat cushion only to find more sticky residue on the the reverse side. There was a nail from the tack strip between the bathroom and main room exposed. All in all, very disappointing. "
