Lovely staff lovely hotel just lovely only down side was food at night ordered a pizza and it was cold as was the fries :(

The reception staff were professional and welcoming. The hotel is undergoing a major renovation (transformation) project, for example the existing bar and dining area are rather tired. The parking was expensive - £15 for 24 hours! We did not appreciate their cashless policy.
