"Worst experience with hotel staff in my life. I paid through hotels.com, but as I was leaving the property, I was told that I was a "no show" even though they gave me a room key card the night before. I checked my credit card account and the hotel charged my credit card twice some reason even though I had already paid hotels.com for the room for one night. The clerk spent a few minutes trying to figure out and said she would reimburse me but never did. A couple of days later, I called the hotel and they tried to blame hotels.com. I told them how can this be hotels.com's fault when you charged me extra. The manager and general manager blamed hotels.com, but the real issue was their mistake. They started blaming "virtual cards" and other technical differences telling me to call hotels.com, but I refused and asked them to fix their mistake. I'm still waiting for the hotel to reimburse me for the extra charge and remove the other pending charge on my credit card. Bottom line: carefully watch hotel staff because they are untrained and may charge extra and not correct their mistakes."

"We only stayed one night, but it was a very nice and clean hotel. Rooms were comfortable. The pool was a nice temperature. Often times, the indoor pool at other hotels is so cold it isn't fun to be in. The temperature of this pool was perfect and my grandson and husband could enjoy themselves without freezing. A very nice place. We will stay here again if we come back to this area."

"We liked everything about this hotel.The rooms were clean and well maintained. The breakfast bar was fresh and offered a nice selection. The kids especially enjoyed the pool."

"Staff charged me an additional $50.00 security deposit on top of my agreed upon price, which they said I would get back upon checkout. When I actually went to check out I was informed that my security deposit would be refunded in 5 business days. Not only was I blindsided by unexpected security deposit but they then won't return the deposit for another 5 days? Seems staff don't know their own policies and Hotels.com wasn't fully informed of them either. I won't ever stay at this motel again."

"Property is dated but well maintained. Our room was recently refurnished, with a very comfortable new bed. And fresh clean sheets. but we the walls were thin and we heard our neighbor’s tv all night until we got up at 6 am There was coffee in the office every morning at 6 but only powder creamer, not real milk. The manager Chris was very friendly and helpful. the motel honored my special request for extra blankets."

"The air conditioning wouldn’t switch to heat. It got pretty cold overnight. Woke up this morning and went to go take a shower, and the hot water did not work. I sat there and let it run for 10 minutes and still wouldn’t warm up. The room was in decent shape though"
