"Clean room but very dated. Was on the ground floor at the back of the hotel. The room was hotter than the sun so had to sleep with the window open. Also found the latch to lock the window was broken so could be easily opened from the outside anyway.
I used the leisure facilities which were good but also dated. I didn’t eat in the hotel but did have a drink at the bar.
The staff were really friendly and helpful and a perfect location for the NEC (15min walk)"
"Excellent location for a concert at the o2 academy. Staff were very very helpful and while the room was basic it had everything I needed for a one night stay.
Room had a few silverfish but not so many that I felt uncomfortable sleeping there or thought there might be a problem. So if you REALLY hate bugs maybe go elsewhere. Other downside is the breakfast was very limited and would be pretty much nothing if you were dairy free/vegan."
"A great place to stay, especially at the price.
Parking is only a discount at the next door parking lot, unfortunately, or at limited times in front of the property."

"The rooms was very nice although we couldn’t request a double and were allocated a twin room. It served its purpose and the location was great for our trip to the Utilita. On arrival we were told it was a twin room not a double as requested and as an apology the receptionist gave us a card for a complimentary free drink at the bar. However when we tried to use the voucher we were still charged by the barman who didn’t seem to understand. He took the card and still charged us"
"Mum and daughter stay and she loved having a separate room with connecting door and separate kitchen area, would recommend for the price the space was good and we enjoyed. Kitchen was well equipped"
"Location is excellent with a good sized car park. Shame the room was quite poor. Aircon wasn’t working and made the stay terrible. Not what I was expecting from a Hilton."
