"The hotel is situated in a fantastic location with great views, the staff are friendly and knowledgeable about what guests expect and they deliver with ease, the rooms are unique and comfortable which complement the amazing views The car park is ample and safe for hotel guests and for restaurant diners our continental breakfast was great and accompanied by a barista coffee, well worth the visit and looking forward to visiting again "

"If you go room only breakfast is £10 per head, we don't eat a big breakfast so for us is isn't worth it, we went out for breakfast."

"Lovely friendly pub with some accommodation. This is my second stay, and I was made to feel very welcome upon arrival. Great range of beers and ciders with quiz nights and cheese evenings during the week"

"A very nice place and excellent pub food. We stayed in the "annex" across the street from the pub. As they warned, the staris were steep, so those with mobility issues may have trouble. The room was large and the bathroom was good. We only requested room cleaning once during our 6-night stay. The only minor issue was it seemed the common hallways and our room floor was not vacummed. All other services were excellent. We would definitely return to the Rose & Crown."
