"Very spacious studio, great location, comfortable bed, good shower and good staff. Some things need to be addressed... smell coming from the drainage in bathroom, my room was a bit hot at daytime and fan was unavailable, lacking some basic amenities that an apartment should have such as glass cups for 2, wine glasses for 2, mugs for 2, kitchen towel. I'll return when things improve."

"On arrival they claimed they did not have my reservation... they also claimed they did not work with Orbitz. When I showed them their listing on Orbitz they did not believe it... By the way they did email me about my reservation the day before I arrived... Anyway thanks to Orbitz excellent customer service this was resolved and off course they had my reservation. They refused to take me to the airport even though the listing said they had an airport shuttle, reason why I booked them,. Rooms are...

"Staff were great, I appreciated the discretionary early check-in, cleaners were great, bed comfy, very spacious, lots of storage in the bedroom, location is perfect but there are some basics that need sorting out. In as much as the aparthotel looks nice, the construction quality is poor... there are noticeable gaps on the window frame leading to noise disturbance from outside, the shower is not very hot, the faucet in the sink gives oui warm rather than hot and they both take forever to get to...
