" Very clean & felt like a safe part of town. Close enough to main bus station, which was a must for our group (79-yo dad). Front office staff was AMAZING - Dee was so nice and welcoming and even called our airline to try to help when it lost our golf clubs! "The property inside was very spacious and well equipped, the mattress could be replaced it is sagging in the Center pretty good. The area was convenient to catch public transportation, walk to shopping and amenities. However at night the SIRENS from emergency response was very loud, street noise and pedestrians were very loud as well. We did not venture out after dark as it did not seem to be all that safe to do so. There was a lot of dodgy activity around the building. "

"We had a great stay at our flat. It was good for a family and hotel alternative. The bathroom tap did not work for half our stay, which was inconvenient as we had to wash and brush in the bathtub or kitchen, but communication was fantastic and Graham was doing his best to fix it, which he did. When I asked for extra towels they were delivered promptly. Overall, a positive stay and would recommend. Thank you!"
