Got greeted right away, check in was super fast and also shout out to the gentleman that check us in, we like to stay at the top floor, totally forgot about it when booking our room and he solved our issue right away and with no problem at all. Top notch customer service.

We did not eat breakfast because they stopped serving at 9am on a Saturday morning. I find that a little too early to stop serving breakfast on a weekend. But the hotel is remodeled. The beds were comfortable and the front desk associate was great. The pool is TINY and there is no hot tub like stated on the website. The pool was freezing cold. We would stay here again. The location was very convenient to the event center and mall.

We had a bit of tough check in due to the hotel not having our booking. Hotel and rooms are outdated. The tv didn't work. There was construction in the hotel during our stay and early in the morning Friday. However the staff were really nice and dealt with our issue during check in. Always greeted us kindly.

$90! Night is not a motel 6.... not impressed. Automatic doors were broken you had to manually open them and they were HEAVY!!! While juggling your suitcases and other items. Meanwhile is below 0 outside. My first room 208 was not cleaned when I arrived (after 3pm) and 211 was not much better. Photos are of 211. Paint everywhere, stains on couches and chairs, open bar of soap in the bathroom shower, dust everywhere. I think they are "trying" to update but looks like they hired 5 year olds to do the painting and tiling. If you are of any bit plus size, I do not recommend the bathrooms. The door hits the shower and there is no room to get ready. Housekeeping interrupted 2 of my video calls..... kept knocking and its only 1030 not 11! Front desk staff was apologetic offered a discount on my next stay. Do not think I would return.

Enjoyable.

Overall it was a very relaxing experience. Breakfast had variety from day to day and was good. Staff attentive. Pillows were on the too big size for my comfort. Toilet made a very loud squealing noise when flushing. Otherwise, great!

Woman who staffed front desk was so helpful and friendly, and literally worked all day, everyday we were there. She is fantastic at her job! The facility is old, and it’s a little bit of a “lipstick on a pig” situation. There’s some unpleasant smell throughout the whole building.

The receptionist was very professional and nice, the bed was comfortable, the room and a small coffee pot ,microwave and small refrigerator in it. I couldn't say anything about breakfast due too having to leave early to catch a flight out. But i would stay again if im in town. Thank you
