"It was a difficult stay. When checking in staff responding that there was no hot water in our room. He asked that we come back next day to change rooms. We went to desk to changed rooms and he said the hot water was working and no need to change. Than at 1am someone was trying to get into our room. Desk called and said we were in wrong room. Then we explained that he told us not to change rooms. We had to be up by 4 to get ready for our 6:30 flight. We were beyond exhausted!"

"The service staff was great. The hotel is a little rundown and we understand that they’re not fixing things because the hotel is going to be renovated. The safe in the room did not work. The ice machine on our floor did not work. The breakfast continuously ran out of plates, juice machine was broken and most days there was no juice in the refrigerator for the guests. The beds and room were comfortable. Despite the issues I would stay at the hotel again. Overall, our experience was a good one."

"The property was older and showed its age but everything was clean and that’s a big deal. Coffee available 24 hours. A decent breakfast and the site was close to myriads of restaurants and all type of shopping."
