"This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. The property is spread across four separate floors — one for the bed, one for the kitchen, one for the bathroom, and one with just two couches. Constantly having to go up and down stairs for basic tasks made the stay extremely inconvenient and frustrating. You have to call a local number in order to check in. Waited on the line for 10 minutes to finally got checked in. You have to fill out forms online and pay city tax online before check in....

"The apartment is over four floors and is well furnished. There are no personal effects giving it a clean and sterile feeling. The online system for checking in is clunky and slow. Certainly not ideal when the inficould be provided well in advance , not when waiting to get in.
