"This hotel was beyond filthy. The second I walked into the room, the stench hit me. The bathroom was revolting – mold all over the tiles, a disgusting shower, and a toilet that looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. It was so nasty I didn’t even want to touch anything. For the money I spent, I expected at least a clean room, but instead I got this dump. I felt dirtier after staying here than before I checked in. They “changed” our room the next day, but guess what? It was just as filthy. Nothing improved. On top of that, the staff was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. Zero customer service, zero care for guests. This was hands down the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. Stay far, far away from this place. Total waste of money and a disgusting nightmare. 1* hotel!!!!"

"The best part about this hotel is its private beach. The hotel is clean and the staff are friendly. The rooms are comfortable but there’s no WiFi in the rooms and they can do with a renovation. It’s not like things are falling apart, they are not but the the decor belongs to another era. The hotel is half board (breakfast/dinner incl.) The breakfast buffet is very good but the dinner buffet is more limited does not have very tasty choices. However, somehow when the lunch food (not included in the half board price so you pay extra) is really delicious! It’s as if there are two different chefs for lunch and dinner. There’s a minibus that goes to the Bodrum city center that you can get on from in front of the hotel. It’s really well located and Bitez has one of the cleanest beaches in Turkey. "
