"Hotel was under the new management and construction was still going on. When it is done it will be a top 5 start hotel to go to in Bitez next to the beach. Unfortunately lots of things were happening, we did not want to waste our 4 days stay dealing with those areas. However we will definitely go there coming years. "

"This hotel is nicely situated in the middle of Bytez beach neighborhood. Good comfortable vibe. The beach are is set up boho and has a good chill vibe in the trees. The bar and restaurant are nice and the included breakfast and dinner help offset the $180 per night cost. The rooms were average. Most have a balcony to nowhere so no rooms with a view. It is very spread out and you will do a lot of walking. Beware they charge the rooms by the amount of people and do not provide bedding. Just a hard...

The only caveat is that there are 3 restaurants onsite (that are quite expensive) and you’ll need to eat at those for lunch and dinner since there’s nothing else around. "
