"Staff was great. Rooms were spotless. Grounds were beautiful. Location was perfect. The firepit was lovely. I didn't have a lot of time there unfortunately so I am sure the experience would have been even better had I had more time to enjoy! "
"Friendly staff, nice and clean rooms, breakfast was very good and reasonably priced compared with hotel brands I’ve been to before (similar to Hilton Garden Inn). Hotel was a Four Points but is experiencing a rebranding. My group also loved the hot tub and pool, and they said the burger from the Tavern was a hit! Very great place to stay if visiting San Rafael or just passing through on 101. I’d definitely book again in the future. "
"Very clean room, everything was comfy and the room was warm! Enjoyed walking around the property, it’s a beautiful place! A perfect weekend get away. Thank you I will be back! "
"This is a sleeping gem. Don’t pass over this property wherever you’re visiting the city, Marin, Napa/Sonoma, the location is central with quick access to both SF & wine country easily by uber or car. Management & Staff go above and beyond to be accommodating, the rooms are very well maintained and are a great respite after a long day. TV’s that allow access to your own content is huge for me - their smart TVs have all the apps and you can hook an HDMI easily. USB ports in the outlets all a win. Housekeeping is very sweet and always attentive. Our dog was welcomed which means a lot to us. Couldn’t do much better, I have since stayed here many times!"
"The hotel is so beautiful. All staff we encountered were friendly and welcoming. At checkin, Ben greeted us immediately with a smile. The next morning we enjoyed sitting in the lobby drinking coffee and chatting with the weekend desk clerk, I think her name was Soe. She too was wonderful. We enjoyed our entire stay and are planning to rerun."
