"There was no at the reception desk. The property manager accused me of lying about my kids because there were 2 single beds joined but we were 3 people. My daughter had to sleep in the middle of the 2 beds . The pillows were uncomfortable . There was 1roll of toilet paper. I had to go buy my own. I had no internet service. The kitchen was somewhat clean but you could see their storage room that was messy Nd made kitchen aesthetically unappealing. The night table and desk shelf was dusty ."

"Le logement est très bien placé, en plein centre de Palerme et proche de tout ! Il est très lumineux, très jolie et bien équipé, idéal pour quelques jours. Le check-in était plutôt simple et rapide mais l’arrivée ne se fait pas de manière autonome donc il faut s’accorder sur un horaire. "Roberto was very helpful and met us. The parking is fantastic, free and opposite the apartment . You really need this in Palermo. You can walk into the old town from the apartment so the location is excellent. In the quirky apartment it is quiet, spacious and the bed is comfortable . It’s on the ground floor at the back of the building so rather dark but there is a table in the courtyard. "
