"Staff appears inexperienced. No bed linens or towels were in the cabin when I checked-in. I informed reception and they would inform someone to bring them. Over two hours later I went to reception to let them know that no linens or towels were delivered. the receptionist took me to a storage room and gave me a set. "This hotel is beautiful on the inside. Large and comfortable rooms with amazingly comfy beds that are reclining. Huge clean bathroom, tons of electric outlets in the room.
The lobby and restaurant is also very stylish with plenty of space, yet gives a cozy atmosphere with lighting and a fireplace. The food at dinner was great, and there was a huge selection at breakfast. Something for everyone!
They even have a games room for kids to play foozeball or Ping pong. We didn’t have time to check out the pool, but we will be back next year!"
