"The location was really the only bummer about this hotel. As I single woman, i was advised it probably wasn't safe to walk into downtown, so spent extra $$ to shuttle into town and trek around. Otherwise, the staff was exceptional and the decor fun and funcky."

"Great location. I was able to walk everywhere I wanted to go. All of the staff members were friendly. The room was nice and spacious. The bed was comfortable. I find a lot of hotels have hard beds and it makes it hard to sleep so I’m glad I had a room with a comfortable bed."

"Place is terrible. The thermostat doesn’t work in any of the rooms you have to ask for maintenance to come up before 11 at night if you want your thermostat adjusted. Pictures were falling off the wall baseboard and paint degrading. Not typically a person to complain or make ratings, but after planning a trip and seeing the condition of this place verse, what was online. I need to share with others you’re looking for a place simply to sleep, on an uncomfortable sunken mattress, this is your place."

"Wanted to check in early so I called a month in advance and was told to call back the day before the booking, I called the day before the booking and was put onto hold for 20 minutes and then somebody hanged on me twice in a row, decided to call IHG to figure out what is happening and the hotel hanged up on them, got to the hotel super early and saw people check in early then coming back to say the room was dirty and wasn’t cleaned, I also saw one of the receptionist put people calling on hold just to talk to his co workers and friends, the elevator is loud so if your room is next to the elevator good luck sleeping, last thing during near midnight they just let some random guy sleep on the couches in the lobby and food split all over the floor while staff did nothing"

"Clean and very comfortable. Room was quiet and we got good rest. Parking was a bit troublesome with wait times and lines out into the street to get in. Getting the car the next morning was also a long wait due to them losing someones keys. Maybe better staffing in the parking department would help because there were only 2 people both times parking and getting vehicles. "
