"Old hotel with a lot of history and character. 150 years old approx, but celebrated 100 years in July of current name. Not for everyone, but lots of charm, in a fun little downtown area. Staff were great, rooms are "old fashioned" (even keys for the doors). But fun nostalgia"

The room was spacious, very clean and the larger style refrigerator came in handy. Will continue to stay at the Sherwood every time we stay in Wellsboro.
