"Fantastic location. Shops, restaurants, and the River Liffey within a few minutes walk. Keyless entry to the apartment, using an app, was convenient. The balcony was nice. Having a washer was good. The apartment smelled very fresh when we opened the door, however, the place could use an overall refresh. There were stains on the sofa, in the bathtub and mold on the bathroom ceiling. There was outside music and noise up until 3 am each morning, but given the location, we expected this....

"This location was perfect for 5 adults. We walked everywhere so the location was very central. There is an Aldi avross the street for groceries and we had an emergent need for a suitcase and there was also mall across the street. There is no AC so plan accordingly. "

"Property forgot to email details, had to call. Then put the wrong address in the email, had to call close to midnight after traveling again. Main office is within walking distance, but the after hours check in could be easier considering there are multiple apartments in the area. "

"LIV is a step above other student accommodation providers who open their rooms to tourists over the summer. My room was clean and comfortable. The check-in was smooth and easy and I had access to the common lounge are in the building. It was also good value for money. "

Jason & Mary were ever so helpful with different accesses/requests that we were hoping to explore; Jason greeted us on arrival and showed us around the property and Mary also has created a binder with very detailed descriptions on how to utilize the property and after initial introduction and chat, they were never intrusive - felt...
