"We loved the quaintness of the property and how central it was to walk all over town. The staff was fantastic too. Definitely our place for when we visit. "

"We loved our stay. The staff was outstanding! Especially Kevin and corey. There was one waitress named kimberly who wasn't very nice. I know she was buys and my father is elderly and demanding, but she kinda threw down his desert and didn't offer to replace his spilled wine. "
"Charming hotel was an absolute gem of a place to stay in. We decided on Windsor over the Biltmore because the rooms are much more spacious and charming… a bit of history and yet with all modern amenities. I didn’t feel like I was staying in a cookie cutter Marriott room. Felt like home and we will stay again. "
"Amazing Stay ;) I had an issue the day I Checked in with a guy who asked me for Money as I was walking inside to Check in ( I had bags in my hands & My dog on a Leash ) . I told him I had NO cash but he told me well there is an ATM Inside ??Ugh …I ignored him & Went inside . Later on I was at the bar Ordered a drink & Food when I heard someone Saying Hello to me I turned around & Saw it was that same guy ? He sat at the bar next to me & Asked the Bartender for a Glass of Water but I couldn’t tell the bartender what was going on in front of him . I was Very uncomfortable to Say the least l He then Asked the bartender for the bathroom . When he walked Away I told him what happened & That I didn’t feel safe ! Bartender asked him to leave . When I went outside about an hour later to walk my dog he was waiting for me Outside ??I ran back inside the Hotel . As a Solo traveler & A Female I didn’t feel safe . Besides this incident My room was Very clean & I enjoyed my Stay ;) "
"I was traveling with my young son and the staff were so courteous and friendly. Always greeting us with a smile, I felt as if I was enjoying a home away from home."
