"The rooms were very clean, the property was beautiful. The staff was fantastic and really went the extra mile. Shout out to Andrew, Kennedy and Joy who really went above and beyond to be extra helpful and made our first visit to Mammoth unforgettable. 3 of the most helpful people I’ve ever met. We celebrated our 15th anniversary and when we asked for a late checkout, they offered us an extra hour!
One small area for improvement, the restaurant was understaffed the first night with only one woman serving and she kind of took it out on us guests.
But everything thing else was amazing. The ski valet was so convenient. Shout out to Rodney who was extremely nice and helpful. The breakfast buffet was great. "

"The room was clean and nice but...there is no elevator here and when we asked if we could have a room on the first floor, we were informed there were no options "in our category" (booking through hotels.com) even though the hotel was not fully booked. We went down to breakfast 15 min before end time and there were no eggs and they said "no eggs for today." The breakfast area is in a dark basement next to the indoor hottub. Will not be staying here again especially with options in town for nearly the same price. "
