"The hotel is in the middle of something close to a cross between a theme park and a clubbing centre - it is incredibly noisy and crowded all day and until late at night. There are, according to the hotel, no quiet rooms, because they are surrounded by this district, so there is loud 'clubbing' noise in the rooms until late at night. This means it is no place for anyone wanting to actually sleep at night, in spite of this bing expensive for the region. Additionally, there are no blackout blights...
