"I had such a lovely stay at Tropical Palace Hotel in Belize! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel so welcome and cared for. Everyone was incredibly kind and genuinely accommodating, always ready with a smile and willing to help with anything I needed. A special shout-out to Marlyni, the morning receptionist, who truly made my stay unforgettable. Her warmth, professionalism, and friendly energy brightened every morning. She went above and beyond to make sure I felt at home, and I’m so grateful for her. Thank you to all the staff for creating such a comfortable, safe, and pleasant experience. Tropical Palace Hotel has a wonderful team, and it really shows. I’ll definitely be staying here again on my next visit to Belize! "

"The staff was very friendly and attentive. Beautiful property and the food we ate at the resort was very good! Only downside was an issue we had with a 3rd party they use to go deep sea fishing. We paid extra for a larger boat but got the same boat that came with the package that was $350 cheaper. We tried to get this resolved with the staff before leaving since they were closed but they weren’t able to do anything. A week later we heard back from the company and they did not help and actually blocked my boyfriend after he explained what happened as wrong…. So don’t use the company they are associated with for fishing, or if you do make sure you are getting exactly what you paid for prior to the trip. "

"Room and property were very clean. Service was extremely friendly, and Giselle was quick to answer questions and provide solutions to problems, such as arranging transport to the ferry upon our departure. Towels were arranged artistically with tropical flowers when we arrived. The Garifuna restaurant next door has great food and live music. The only caveats about the hotel that I'd mention is that the door to the bathroom is entirely clear glass, so there's no privacy from your travel partner when you're using the toilet. Also, the shower cubicle is pretty narrow. If you're ok with these items, it's a great place to stay."
