"Twin room was okay, but one bed was worn and not very comfortable. One of our party was moved, then later I was told I also had to move into that same room as they couldn’t split the booking. We ended up in a double plus sofa bed, not like for like. That late-night handling felt messy. Next morning the manager Adam was excellent and sorted a refund. Decent stay, but room quality and the late-night handling let it down."
