"The room was clean as was the hotel. Breakfast offered enough variety for the whole family. The best part - the pool water was nice and warm and the slide fun for everyone. The proximity to shops like Walmart and Winners is definitely a bonus. Would definitely recommend this hotel to any family. One small issue - the rear parking lot stalls near the large bin were riddled with rusty nails of all sizes. Glad we noticed them and picked them up before parking our vehicle there. "

"This is one of our favourite hotels. It’s perfect for a young family with the bunk rooms, pool and waterslide, and a complimentary hot breakfast ready to grab and go each morning. I am pretty particular about cleanliness and the rooms and common areas are always immaculately clean and well-maintained. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Everything you might need is within a reasonable walking or driving distance. Always lots of parking available! We’ve stayed multiple times and I have nothing but positive feedback each time. Highly recommend!"

"I changed rooms because the bathtub was completely peeling g - black mould around cormers- they should never have people I. That room until bathroom is Reno’s 2nd bathtub better but drains were black needed caulking Poor water flow - needs a Reno Main room fine"

"Room was clean and renovated but very small. Not sufficient coffee, tea or coffee cups supplied. AC with heat blowing from above onto bed was uncomfortable. Breakfast had only one option. Restaurant room needs refurbishing, especially the ceiling. "

"The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The in-room refrigerator made an odd rhythmic howling noise. The receptionist took 25 minutes to check me in despite my handing her my booking confirmation email from a month ago. The waiter delivered the wrong dinner order and then the hostess said I would have to pay for it because the computer would not allow her to adjust the price. When I refused, she offered me an alcoholic drink or a dessert, neither of which I wanted. She finally relented and charged me for the meal that I had ordered. She was not courteous despite the fact that it was her error. I was disappointed that the complimentary breakfast which consisted of cold scraps of eggs in the corner of the serving tray and hard overcooked tater tots. The sausage was the only tasty part of the meal. I would not recommend your hotel. "
