"There was no bedside light (despite there being two bedside tables) and no rubbish bin in the room. The curtains did not close properly. One window had a crack in it and there is no double glazing so the road outside was noisy. It was very hot, but we kept the windows closed to try to reduce the noise (no aircon).The staff were very helpful however (having moved us from a different room as the bathroom light wasn't working in that one)."

"Lovely brekkie, I came here last week also alone as my father was poorly and decided to return this week as I found the hotel and staff wonderful, the staff cannot do enough for you and truly went above and beyond for me on both trips.
