"Check in was very smooth, the staff were very friendly. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The location is good, a short tram ride into the centre. All in all a great place to stay outside of the city centre, we would definitely come back for sure!"

"Used for overnight stay for gig in Manchester. Met by host on arrival which was good as instructions were to call the contact number before arrival. However, this was just an inaudible recorded message. Room was warm and clean with small kitchen area (tea andd milk provided but no coffee) and bathroom with shower."
