"Die Unterkunft ist neu und sehr gut ausgestattet Die Lage ist toll. Alles sehr gepflegt und ansprechend. Was uns aber richtig geärgert hat war, am Tag der Abreise haben wir verschlafen und sind 20 Minuten später angerufen worden das wir die nächste halbe Stunde auschecken sollen. Das haben wir auch gemacht aber die Unterkunft hat einen Teil der Kaution einbehalten weil wir ein wenig zu spät dran waren. "We had a two night stay to visit Efteling and the hotel was perfect. Easy 15-20 min drive to the park. The hotel is beautiful and the rooms were huge and really comfortable for our family of four. The indoor poor was great for the children but disappointed they weren’t allowed in the outdoor pool in the sunshine. To be honest the hotel has so much more to offer than what we used it for. The restaurant looks stunning and the leisure amenities looked great. We would definitely stay again if visiting the area and happily recommend."

"Generally, entire experience was good. I wish the rooms had AC and actual windows, not the shutters. A couple things I did not like: I left the do not disturb sign all days I was there and 2 of the days housekeeping still went in the room. One of those times we were just waking up. Another issue I had was the late night reception guy was not very friendly and seemed bothered by our presence in the bar/restuarant area. One of the nights there was a man at the bar talking to him. This man inserted himself into a conversation that was a misunderstanding between my husband and the attendant. He was rude and it took me great restraint not to tell him off. The restaurant staff was nice during breakfast hours. And the day attendants were also very nice. "
