The Ivybank Lodge is full of charm with warm & friendly hosts. The Lodge is tastfully decorated with great attention to detail. It is apparent that the hosts take great care of their clients & their property to ensure it is beautifully presented at all times. They have clearly put their heart & soul into their business ensuring we had a comfortable & pleasant stay. Breakfast was excellent, again great attention & beautifully presented, great menu choices too. We would definitely return. It was a lovely stay, great ambience & friendly atmosphere.

Excellent stay, booked very last minute but Gary and Nigel went above and beyond to ensure we had a lovely stay! The Ivybank Lodge was very clean and was a perfect New Years stay! Great breakfast. Would definitely stay again.

We absolutely loved staying at Ivybank Lodge. During the last two and half months of travelling in Europe and the UK it was at the very top of accommodation we have stayed in. From the welcome we received upon arriving, the superb interior design of all rooms, quality of fit out, attention to detail, excellent food and warm, comfortable friendly environment !.

We stayed here for two nights between Christmas and NY whilst visiting family in the area. It’s such a beautiful guest house. The owners have decorated to immaculate standard. The breakfast was amazing. Our two year old was welcomed and they gave him a little present. I had read the excellent reviews before but our stay exceeded our expectations. We will return!

Cosy night away
Lovely welcome on arrival. Room was spotless and was nice and fresh. Overall the lodge was tastefully decorated. Excellent breakfast too! Well worth a visit.

A real gem
The house is beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean throughout. The hosts were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent. Overall Ivybank is a real gem and I would not hesitate to stay here again or recommend it to friends and family.

Lovely building with a small number of rooms, so gave a nice cosy feel to staying there. The hosts were great and happy to recommend places to see or eat. Room looked nice online but was even better in real life. Every thing was thought of, with lots of nice little touches. A definite recommendation for anyone looking to stay in the area

Very clean and lots of wee extras - coffee machine in room, towelling bath robes, shampoos etc. Owners really friendly and helpful. Catered to my vegan diet and made sure I had everything I needed. Would definitely return and recommend to others.

Our Stay
From the moment my wife and i arrived the stay was outstanding The welcome was so warm friendly and very genuine The room we had was immaculate and the whole decor was totally in keeping with the house and was luxurious The 5 night stay was relaxing and evey attention from the magnificent breakfasts and varied choices to even having complimentary robes and slipper was first class A house is only as good as its representatives in this case the owners. They are literally wonderful Would we recommend the Ivy Bank...... everytime

First class accommodation The cleanest house I've ever stayed in. Very tastefully and sympathetically designed interior, without being ostentatious. The lounge for residents is truly beautiful, with lovely little touches like whisky decanters for guests to have a night cap. Very calm atmosphere. The hosts, Gary and Nigel were warm, welcoming, very approachable and professional. The bedroom we had was so tastefully decorated in a calm, relaxing palette. Attention to detail was exceptional. The softest towels imaginable and even a special cloth for removing makeup- what a great idea! A coffee machine, tea, chocolates and Tunnocks tea cakes. The toiletries again from Scotland- Arran Aromatics- beautiful! The breakfast - where do I start. We did not expect food of restaurant standard, nor such an amazing choice. Besides the usual full Scottish and continental options, there were some amazing alternatives on the menu, all cooked to order. I chose the cinnamon french bread with banana, heather honey and clotted cream- presentation and taste- exquisite!!. I have to say, Ivy Bank Lodge blew us away - genuinely 5 stars in every way.

Superb find
Amazing find at the last minute. Superbly appointed small guest house. Not licensed but great seafood restaurant and bar across the road. Very comfortable room and bed and great attention to detail from the owners. breakfast was very nice and freshly cooked.

Perfect getaway
Beautiful guest house which offers quality throughout, everything from decor to soft furnishings are of high standard. The attention to detail is outstanding. This really is a hidden gem. Gary and Nigel are so welcoming and were the perfect hosts. Extensive breakfast menu offered - something for everyone. Will definitely be recommending this guest house and will visit again.

Excellent stay near Blairgowrie
I recently enjoyed a very comfortable stay at Ivybank Lodge while on business. I couldn’t have had a more welcoming stay. I thoroughly enjoyed the decor and comfort in the room, and the little touches like a Nespresso machine and handmade chocolates on arrival.
