"We chose this specific hotel for the pool. When we arrived the staff told us it was out of order. This was a more expensive hotel, Im sure because the up keep of the pool. It was never communicated when I booked that the pool was out of order. When we arrived there were dark shoes prints on the floor. Also, the toilet had blood under the lid and pubic hair and urine surrounding the base of the toilet."
