Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Arrived at the room which was dirty and disgusting. There were marks on the walls and stains all over the sheets. Lights were dim making the place look even more dingy (if that’s possible considering how dirty the apartment was). Doors leading to the ground floor patio from the bedroom did not lock at all and other door handles were almost falling off, therefore the apartment wasn’t even safe. Bathroom was full of cracked tiles and a tiny shower. Only one plug worked in the whole apartment. We had to wait until 4pm to check in because the room was being “cleaned”. After seeing the state of our room we commplained and moved rooms to one that we could actually sleep in without worrying of being kidnapped in the middle of the night as the door didn’t lock. However, when we changed rooms we had to PAY the difference of €40 despite the first room NOT BEING OUR FAULT that it was dirty and in an unliveable condition. DO NOT STAY HERE, they just want money out of you.
