"The bed was very comfortable and I loved that there were firm and soft pillows on the bed. The housekeeper needs to pay some more attention to the ceilings, walls, and windows. Splatter on the wall next to the toilet, orange handprint next to the entryway hall mirror, cobwebs on ceiling, fingerprints and handprints on headboard and window. The door stopper on the bathroom door was missing and the sink stopper as well. There were no stir sticks for the in-room coffee. Overall I would go back based on the friendly and accommodating staff on the evening I stayed. I also like how close this hotel is to the new boardwalk park located behind it which has a great nature walking trail and pond stocked with fish."
"Our room was large, like a suite, very fresh & clean with nice bedside lighting features. Comfortable king bed. Only item that could be better is the startlingly loud power flush of the toilet. Pretty shocking the first time & disturbing at night.
Very nice breakfast/ lounge area with extensive selections. Coffee could be better. Appreciated a map & guide for Brownwood in the room. Parking is plentiful with lobby entrances front & back. Pleasant staff at the desk & nice notes in the room from housekeeping. "
"Needs a deep clean for sure. I understand there are not many hotel options available here but over 200$ for a damp musty room is really frustrating. Good news is it was pretty quiet for a holiday weekend. "
"I had to call because I was running late. Did not get there until after 10:30 PM. They were really nice about it. And waited for me. When first coming into the place at night, it looked a little creepy for a minute. But once we got to the room, it was very nice, very quiet. I'll meet out of concrete. So you cannot hear anybody else. The bathroom was nice. He had a refrigerator it had a microwave and coffee maker. The owners were really polite and nice after waking up in the morning. This was definitely an old motor court. We were able to park our car in our own little parking garage. I would highly recommend this, and I will come back next time. I come through Brownwood/Early Tx"
