"Hotel still felt brand new like it did 13 years ago when I previously stayed here. Very clean, spacious & comfortable. Buffet breakfast was brilliant. The only negatives was the lack of any English language channels on the TV, and also there was no mention of my Expedia VIP reward by the staff. But all in all it’s a really great hotel."

"Hyggelig hotel midt i Plzen. Fasilitetene var fjonge, med hyggelige rom og veldig hyggelig betjening. Koselig sitteområde i bakgården. At du får ei diger mugge med Urquell som del av velkomsten var særdeles hyggelig. Spa-biten var helt topp!"

"We stayed for 1 night. The property is elegantly decorated. The area is residential and you can reach the center of the city easily by car and public transport and even by walking for a bit more. Parking on the road was easy to find. The room was clean , spacious with comfortable beds .We asked for a cot and it was provided although it was not mentioned in the amenities, therefore we would advise the property to edit their amenities description. "This is a lovely boutique hotel with a great restaurant. Perhaps the best part was the considerate attention of the owner and the receptionist, Viktoria. They were so nice, making this a memorable experience. There are a lot of steps, but we were helped with our bags. Dinner in the restaurant was great and the only downside was that the cellar part of the restaurant was closed for the summer. We were taken down to see it, though, and it is really fabulous. Breakfast is included and eggs were made to order, besides other options. I wish we had planned for more time in Pilsen and if we make it back, we would definitely stay here again."

"Hotel was conveniently located to the best sites and things to do in Pilsen. Local restaurants offered delicious Czech cuisine and of course beers at good prices. The only issue we experienced was parking in the hotel garage upon our return on a Friday night. Limited number and narrow spaces added some frustration. Otherwise the staff and in house restaurant was great. Bountiful breakfast and large dinner portions were all welcome."

"My wife and I had a wonderful stay due primarily to a wonderful, caring and humane staff. When we checked in Jana and Petr immediately made us feel at home at this beautiful facility. The warm atmosphere continued throughout everywhere we went including the treatment by the restaurant staff, especially our waitress Katerina. We are grateful for our visit here."

"Lovely cozy place with traditions, good food and nice people in a pretty Czech villa. Pets cost extra, which they failed to mention on the booking page, other than that all looked exactly like on the pictures. Our room could use some minor cosmetic renovation but it was very clean and a good deal. I was happy with this choice. "
