"We had a lovely stay. The property is very nice and well equipped. The only thing that irked us a little was that it was advertised online that there was a game console but when we arrived the controllers were missing. The owner informed us that they were probably stolen by previous visitors. It's a shame as our 4 year old would have really enjoyed it. "

"Property was v nice and clean. A couple of things to note...Difficulty in getting keys to flat was v stressful and at one point i didnt think i was going to get the keys. This could have been better organised. The shower in the bathroom is far to hot and would be dangerous for children to use as this could cause scalding on a child. "A real hidden Gem for accommodation. Being able to park below the hotel in Lisburn Square and having a lift up to the hotel reception was a pleasant surprise. The hotel is very nice, modern and well laid out. The rooms have a modern feel to them too. I didn’t eat dinner here because the reviews were either great or poor and no in between but I did eat breakfast and it was fine. Two things I would say though was I didn’t get my alarm call and secondly the bed in 104 feels like it has sunk. I forgot to mention that when checking out."
