"Everything was great. Love the option of free drinks instead of maid service...absolutely opted for free drinks. Everyone friendly and helpful Breakfast was plentiful and nice Room was perfect Only negative comment is about the exterior, the moat had loads of rubbish in it. Really lets the hotel down and wouldnt take much for someone to clean it up once a week"

"We had a great stay here, comfortable room - shout out to Chantelle who helped us when we had a room issue at the start of our trip. She was incredibly helpful and friendly. The sauna and gym were small but clean and had everything you could need. Hotel is in an excellent location, near trains, tram, sites and restaurants."

"The hotel is well located for easy transfer with the hotel shuttle bus to and from the terminal for an overnight stay. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise in terms of the quality and range of items available and can satisfy even a vegan. Staff were friendly and helpful in answering questions. "
