Efter flere forsøg på løsning af problemet fik vi et andet rum i en anden bygning hvor det fungerede - det var træls at skulle pakke ned igen - men jeg vil gerne fremhæve receptionisten Gustav på 16 år som holdt hovedet koldt og gav os en mega fin behandling - "

"Nice hotel that we stayed on for the 4th time. But the room at the bottom floor was very varm and damp. Hardly any ventilation. The towels did not dry for a whole day. As almost every hotel room there is water all over the bathroom after you shower. Nice pool."

"Cleanliness can be improved and beds are very soft. We didn’t like it. Every room has a lock and one was locked upon arrival. We had to request the code to open the door. We asked to check out later. Only 2hrs later possible. We booked 2 apartments and asked for a late check out for only o e apartment. They charged us for both. On top of it the cleaning lady entered the apartment to clean at 9h15 while we were still in it!! She didn’t care and cleaned anyway. Very uncomfortable and awkward. A...
