"Spotless and very nice"

"Staff was very helpful - kitchen even graciouslly helping accommodate my husband's eating issues for medical reasons. "

"Room was ok, heather didn’t work, bed was very noisy and not super comfortable Bathroom wasn’t super clean and smelled like humidity all the time "

"Excellent location in the stunning picturesque main town centre Hosts very friendly Cycle storage Rooms simple but comfortable and quiet Close by to restaurants bars and coffee shops and the main R1 cycle path "

"Hotel was clean however was brand new, continental breakfast was a bit off a let down, didnt think there was much of an option, couldnt even get a bit of toast even thought toast machine were there but werent allowed to use.. Air-con also wasnt working and it being very warm outside it was uncomfortable to sleep in.. Didnt get any information from the hotel about aircon not working before arrival.. Also no staff about at nite if needed for any issues or emergencies.."
